By accessing the Aurex Studios website, placing an order, or submitting a design request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all purchases made through aurexstudios.com, our shop page, or any direct order placed via email or contact form. Aurex Studios is operated by The Kreationz Shop LLC.
Aurex Studios provides custom digital design services including, but not limited to:
All designs are delivered as digital files (PDF or other agreed format). Physical printing is not included unless explicitly stated in your order.
Orders are placed through our secure checkout powered by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Aurex Studios to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
For fixed-price products, payment is collected at the time of purchase. For custom quote orders, payment is collected after you approve the quoted price — work begins only after payment is confirmed.
All prices are in USD. Aurex Studios reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Prices shown at the time of your order will be honored.
All purchases made through Aurex Studios are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We understand this may feel strict — please know that this policy exists because every design is a custom, labor-intensive digital product created specifically for you. We begin work immediately upon payment. Our revision policy and satisfaction guarantee ensure you receive a design you love.
Once payment is confirmed, our designer will contact you within 5 minutes during business hours to begin collecting your details, photos, and preferences.
Revisions are included with every order as follows:
A "revision" means changes to text, color, layout, or photo placement. A revision does not include a complete redesign into a different template or style after the initial design direction has been approved.
We will not proceed to final file delivery until you have approved the design in writing (via email or message).
Turnaround times are estimates and begin once all required information (photos, text, details) has been received from you:
Aurex Studios is not responsible for delays caused by late submission of required content from the customer. Rush timelines cannot be guaranteed if required materials are not provided promptly.
As a customer, you are responsible for:
Please proofread carefully. Once you approve a design and we deliver the final files, we are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, or other mistakes in content you provided and approved.
Upon full payment and your approval of the final design, you receive a personal use license to print and use your design for its intended purpose (memorial service, birth announcement, etc.).
You may not:
Aurex Studios retains the right to display completed designs (with personal information removed) in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Aurex Studios and The Kreationz Shop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for printing errors made by third-party print vendors. We strongly recommend ordering a single proof print before printing in bulk.
Aurex Studios reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
